Job summary

Element Fleet Management, Hopkins, MN, is hiring an Associate, Client Success – Fleet Coach. You will execute fleet transactions, apply product knowledge, and ensure responsive service delivery to support client goals and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant customer service or client account management experience.
• Ability to work in the office a minimum of three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day tactical requests and activities per clients’ policies and priorities.
• Provide responsive service delivery and request completion or coordination management.
• Receive, complete, coordinate, and escalate requests and activities that support products and assets for external clients.
• Manage exceptions to ensure processes and follow-up with the Partner or Manager.
• Identify requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation and leverage SMEs to resolve inquiries.
• Take ownership of client issues and apply problem solving to identify solutions.
• Support the Client Success team with reporting.
