Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service or operations case-management experience in a B2B setting.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general software tools.
• Customer-focused, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Change-aware and able to adapt quickly to new processes.
• Demonstrates disciplined, accurate task execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide account support and guidance to a team of CS specialists and Engagement managers.
• Mentor and develop assigned team members to ensure consistent client experience.
• Liaise between Operations and Client Success to improve SOP quality and resolve questions.
• Monitor case metrics and resource utilization to drive efficiency.
• Manage Service Cloud cases within time commits and quality expectations.
• Advise leadership on trends and contribute to internal process improvement projects.
• Direct workflow improvements to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Support smooth transition of strategic clients to operations specialists.
• Address telematics issues and manage expectations on large orders and projects.
• Collaborate with Product Manager on rollout of new Telematics processes and adoption.
