Responsibilities

• Reconcile Fleet card transactions using ReconNet software daily and code items according to procedures.
• Ensure items are correctly coded for cash over short.
• Ensure items are correctly coded for collections.
• Escalate any anomalies as needed.
• Work with internal groups to ensure adjustments are correct and update procedures as needed.
• Non-Recon.net reconciliations as assigned.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
