Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor to lead enterprise-wide card AR and reconciliation operations across all Love's business lines.

This role ensures accurate processing of card payments including credit, debit, fleet, prepaid and cardless tenders, and drives improvements while ensuring compliance and timely rebates. You will mentor teams and deliver KPI-driven reporting to support financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, analytics required.
• CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Card AR and Reconciliation teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Set team goals, track progress, and provide training.
• Oversee processing, posting, and reconciliation of card payments and related refunds/chargebacks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure AR accuracy in month-end/year-end closes.
• Manage merchandising rebates and ensure accurate reflection in financials.
• Generate reports on card AR, reconciliation and rebate activity and monitor KPIs.
