Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. seeks an Indirect Tax Analyst II to manage tax compliance with expanded duties in reconciliations, audits, and tax research. This onsite role is at our corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK.

You will prepare indirect tax returns, perform complex reconciliations, respond to notices, research regulations, and support software configurations. Mentorship of junior staff is included.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file indirect tax returns across multiple jurisdictions.
• Perform complex reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to state notices and assist in tax audits.
• Research and interpret tax regulations to ensure compliance.
• Maintain tax software configurations and updates.
• Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Mentor Indirect Tax Analyst I team members.
• Perform other duties as needed.
