Responsibilities

• Enter cash transactions into the accounting or cash management system.
• Respond to basic inquiries related to cash application or payment status.
• Help with the daily reconciliation of cash receipts against bank statements or internal reports.
• Match remittances to payments for completion and accuracy purposes.
• Maintain cash department email and process incoming debtor requests.
• Begin developing relationships with other departments and operations.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
