Job summary

The Hussmann Corporation is seeking a Branch Operations Fleet Manager to lead strategic fleet direction, governance, and performance across global operations. You will manage a Fleet Analyst, drive cost optimization, compliance, and continuous improvements while aligning with business priorities.

You will establish reporting visibility, handle escalations, and coordinate with fleet partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure service levels and timely fleet transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of fleet management or related experience.
• Experience leading people and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Fleet Analyst and oversee daily fleet operations.
• Develop fleet policy and strategy with budget control.
• Collaborate with safety, HR, and legal on fleet issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Monitor compliance with DOT and other regulations.
• Provide regular fleet performance reporting.
