Job summary

Hussmann, a leader in commercial refrigeration equipment, seeks a finance leader to partner with district managers and support service and install operations. You will forecast, plan, and produce financial reports for MOR, analyze P&L trends, and ensure strong internal controls.

The role requires strong Excel, ERP, and cross‑functional collaboration, with occasional travel. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to influence cost reductions and productivity improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required or MBA/CPA preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and multi‑location financial statements.
• Advanced Excel; OneStream and Dynamics 365 experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as financial business partner to District Managers and branch leadership for Service and Install operations.
• Lead forecasting and annual operating plan process for assigned districts.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc financial packages to support MOR process.
• Analyze branch-level P&L statements and identify trends.
• Retrieve and analyze data from Data Warehouse, OneStream, and Dynamics 365.
• Ensure financial controls per IFRS/IFLICAP and support audits.
• Review journal entries and assist month-end close.
• Oversight of physical inventory and reduction of obsolete parts.
• Collaborate with District Managers on cost reductions and productivity analysis.
• Work with corporate Finance on new projects and initiatives.
