Job summary

Hussmann Corporation seeks a senior financial leader to guide branch and corporate strategy, oversee forecasting and OPP, and deliver robust financial reporting. You will partner with district managers, manage MOR packs, and drive cost reductions for service and installation operations in a multi-location refrigeration business.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders while traveling to branch locations as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively complex financial analysis experience in multi-location environments.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial analysis of multi-operation financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills; OneStream and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of service and installation business models in refrigeration/HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial business partner to District Managers and branch leadership, supporting Service and Install operations.
• Lead the forecasting and annual operating plan process for assigned districts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with goals.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc financial packages and reports for MOR and management.
• Analyze branch-level P&L statements, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Retrieve and analyze data from Data Warehouse, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ensure proper financial controls per IFRS and support audits.
• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations; support month-end close.
• Oversee physical inventory and reconciliation; reduce obsolete and slow-moving parts.
• Collaborate with District Managers on cost reductions, product costing, and productivity.
• Partner with corporate Finance on new projects and initiatives.
