Job summary

Hussmann seeks a finance leader to drive the annual plan, forecast, and financial analysis across district operations. You will partner with district managers and branch leadership to optimize P&L, inventory, and cost structures while ensuring internal controls and readiness for audits.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience (OneStream, Dynamics 365), and the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders. Occasional travel to branch locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively complex financial analysis experience in multi-location environments.
• Experience with ERP systems and multi-operation financial statements.
• Advanced Excel; OneStream and Dynamics 365 experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to travel occasionally to branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as financial business partner to district managers and branch leadership.
• Lead forecasting and annual operating plan for assigned districts.
• Prepare financial packages and MOR reports.
• Analyze branch P&L statements and provide insights.
• Retrieve/analyze data from Data Warehouse, OneStream, and Dynamics 365.
• Ensure financial controls per IFRS/ICAP and support audits.
• Review journal entries and month-end close activities.
• Oversee physical inventory and reconcile slow-moving parts.
• Partner with district managers on cost reductions and productivity.
• Collaborate with corporate Finance on new projects.
