Job summary

Avis Budget Group, including Zipcar, is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate in Miami to ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and ready for Zipcar members. The role involves moving cars around the city and performing on-site support to keep operations running smoothly.

You will join a team that values reliability, flexibility, and a hands-on approach to vehicle readiness, safety, and efficiency. This role requires outdoor work and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure vehicle status updates are provided.
• Willingness to work outdoors and to adapt to varying weather conditions.
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the front line of the Fleet Operations team; member satisfaction depends on you.
• Help keep Zipcar vehicles clean, maintained, and ready for members.
• Coordinate transportation of vehicles around the city to where they are needed.
