Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to support the Zipcar fleet across the city, ensuring vehicles are clean, serviced, and ready for members. You’ll coordinate transportation, towing or repairs as needed and stay mobile by foot, bike, transit or Zipcar.

The role emphasizes strong time management, clear communication with operations, and flexibility to cover 40-hour weeks including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with operations team to ensure the vehicle status updates are provided.
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors (weather and other conditions vary).
• Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (per company standards).
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs.)
