Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the business unit. You will manage fleet performance, profitability analyses, and asset redeployments while coordinating with sales, rental, maintenance, and SCS/RVS functions.

The role reports to the Director of Asset Management and requires strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize asset value across a large fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• Five years or more experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or industry related role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management and asset performance across regions.
• Lead asset reviews, improve profitability, and coordinate with sales, rental, and maintenance.
• direct asset redeployment, idle asset management, and ROA optimization.
• facilitate weekly asset calls and cross-functional collaboration.
• drive process improvements and special asset projects.
