Job summary

Beck Electric, a home services team in NE Ohio, is seeking a fleet and inventory coordinator. You will oversee fleet and tools, ensure accurate updates, and manage maintenance and inventory processes across technicians.

The role requires experience in supply chain, strong Excel and office skills, and a proactive, communicative approach. You will work with store, finance, and upper management to optimize operations and achieve performance goals while supporting a high-performing team and customer

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain functions and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel is essential.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with teams and executives.
• Ability to read financial metrics and drive performance improvements.
• Proactive, independent work style with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet and tools used by technicians.
• Update ServiceTitan with Trucks & Techs assigned.
• Maintain Fleetmatics updates and truck inventory counts.
• Set up new truck inventory and manage tool maintenance.
• Collaborate with store, finance, and leadership teams.
