Responsibilities include month-end close, asset reconciliation, and maintaining asset records across trucks, equipment, and ancillary fleet assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of asset management experience, preferably fleet/equipment/utility operations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records for fleet and equipment assets and related depreciation.
• Track fleet expenses including fuel, maintenance, and insurance; review vendor invoices.
• Allocate fleet costs to projects and cost codes; reconcile with project costs.
• Support month-end close and audits; maintain documentation.
