Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks an Asset Manager to oversee project assets across multiple construction sites in Texas. The role involves coordinating with field teams, managing equipment lifecycles, and ensuring timely maintenance and inspections to meet project deadlines.

You will review rental and procurement terms, work with accounting in Vista Viewpoint, and supervise on-site mechanics. This position requires outdoor work and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
• 3+ years of asset management experience with an EPC contractor.
• Knowledge of Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors across construction sites and varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage performance of project assets across sites to meet deadlines.
• Maintain agile tracking for weekly updates on equipment, dependencies, status, and risks.
• Review rental and procurement documents for compliance and use rights.
• Coordinate with accounting via Vista Viewpoint to approve invoices.
• Lead and supervise on-site mechanics and coordinate equipment moves.
• Schedule delivery, maintenance, and inspections of equipment and fleet.
• Engage with field service teams, finance, and project management.
