Job summary

Thinklance LLP is seeking a data-driven intern to support finance, IT, and business stakeholders in exploring AI-driven efficiency initiatives. You will help analyze pricing, customer programs, and revenue drivers, and build KPIs using PowerBI, SQL, and Excel.

You'll assist with budget versus actual analyses and prepare presentation-ready visualizations, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Current university enrollment with a minimum 3.0 GPA, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Data Analytics (upcoming or current senior year student).
• Preferred experience with PowerBI, SQL, and Excel.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business situations.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to explore emerging technologies and implement AI-driven efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses on pricing, customer programs, and key revenue drivers.
• Utilize PowerBI, SQL, and Excel to develop automations and create new KPIs.
