Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years fleet management experience.
• Experience across fleet functions: onboarding, inventory, titles/registrations, maintenance, fuel, telematics, or compliance.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint; detail-oriented and able to protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet integration activities from pre-close through stabilization.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile fleet and driver information across systems.
• Support onboarding of vehicles and equipment, including enrollment.
• Review titles, registrations, and acquisition paperwork; flag gaps.
• Assist drivers and managers with access, instructions, and materials.
• Track fleet readiness, compliance, and lifecycle needs; address risks.
• Maintain project records, dashboards, and status reports; escalate complex issues.

Position: Fleet Analyst II

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $25-$35/hour BOE

Fuse3 Solutions is supporting a leading energy infrastructure company in its search for a Fleet Analyst to support a fleet integration project expected to last six to twelve months. This person will work closely with fleet teams, field personnel, and outside partners to help bring vehicles, equipment, and drivers into the company’s fleet program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet integration activities from pre-close through stabilization
• Collect, validate, and reconcile fleet and driver information across systems
• Support onboarding of vehicles and equipment, including program and service enrollment
• Review titles, registrations, and acquisition paperwork, flag gaps, and work with partners to resolve them
• Assist managers, points of contact, and drivers through the transition with access, instructions, and materials
• Support supplier, billing, and service transitions and process routine fleet transactions
• Track fleet readiness, compliance, and lifecycle needs, and follow up on risks
• Maintain project records, dashboards, and status reports, and escalated complex issues appropriately

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three to five years of fleet management experience with a corporate, commercial, utility, government, or similarly complex fleet
• Hands-on experience across several fleet functions, such as onboarding, inventory, titles and registrations, maintenance, fuel, telematics, or compliance
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies and protect confidential information
• Excellent collaboration and customer service skills with field staff, managers, vendors, and service providers
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities, follow established procedures, and escalated nonstandard issues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, operations, logistics, or related field
• Experience supporting an acquisition, transition, or system implementation
• Familiarity with fleet titling, registration, and transportation compliance requirements
• Experience with fleet management, fuel card, or telematics platforms
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, PivotTables, and data reconciliation
