Data supports decisions, but people drive the operation; this position requires an individual who can connect with and work alongside team members at every level of the organization.

Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Fleet, this role requires travel between service centers and administrative locations across the Fort Worth area.

  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint), FASTER Fleet Management Software, SQL, and PeopleSoft Purchasing Software
  • Industry certifications such as Certified Automotive Fleet Specialist (CAFS) or Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM)
The Fleet Analyst Job Responsibilities Include
  • Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Review fleet information system outputs and conduct operation and maintenance cost studies (including labor cost analysis, maintenance interval optimization, and disposal optimization).
