Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 1–2 years’ work experience preferred, travel/hospitality or related industry.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English; Japanese speaking ability preferred.
• Knowledge of the tour industry, movements and arrangements; understand Japanese culture and etiquette.
• Able to plan, organize, and assign driver activities.
• Accurate math skills including 10-key calculator usage; compute rates, ratios, percentages.
• Valid Hawaii driver’s license with clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and distribute requests for transportation movements; assign vehicles and jobs to drivers.
• Coordinate activities of operators of motor coaches, mini buses, and trolleys to transport passengers according to schedule.
• Review the Saucon GPS system to track fleet movements and inform other departments of schedules and routes.
• Dispatch extra vehicles and emergency crew to incidents; record calls and emergencies and report.
