Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage annual registration renewals, truck inspections, and provide IT support for vehicle systems. The role requires a service-oriented mindset, a willingness to learn, and the ability to handle a high volume of daily tasks.

You will query and manipulate reporting files and spreadsheets, identify errors, and help implement efficient processes. A two-year fleet management background and a high school diploma are expected, with strong Microsoft

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of progressive fleet management experience.
• High School diploma is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual registration renewals and truck inspections.
• Provide IT support for vehicle systems as needed.
• Handle high daily task volume and ensure timely completion.
• Query, download, and interpret reporting files and spreadsheets.
• Identify and correct errors in tasks and processes.
• Support other duties as assigned.
