Job summary

Easton Coach Company LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician with supervisory responsibilities to oversee maintenance teams and keep precise vehicle maintenance records. You will manage fleet readiness, control parts inventory, and perform routine service checks.

Collaborating with mechanics, operators, and drivers, you will ensure vehicles are well-equipped and compliant with regulations, while rolling out fleet management solutions as company needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressive maintenance experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• ASE certifications - Preferred or ability to get in the first 90 days.
• State Inspection License - Preferred or willing to get in the first 90 days.

• Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records.
• Manage maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are operationally ready.
• Track inventory and ensure parts are available for repairs.
• Perform routine service checks on fleets.

Easton Coach Company LLC This position will both work on the vehicles as the technician and will be responsible for keeping up with and maintaining accurate vehicle maintenance records. Manage maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are operationally ready when needed. Track inventory and ensure enough parts are always available for repairs. Perform routine service checks on fleets. Ensure all regulations for the fleet are met. Work with mechanics, operators, drivers and driving assistants to ensure every vehicle is equipped with appropriate supplies. Roll out fleet management solutions as company need dictates. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications - Preferred or have the ability to get in the first 90 days
• State Inspection License - Preferred or willing to get in the first 90 days
• Three (3) years of progressive maintenance experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Driver's License
• High School diploma.

Pay : $65,000.00
