Job summary

Atlas Toyota Material Handling, part of the Atlas Companies, is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our team. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service while managing fleet maintenance and coordinating with third-party service providers for Atlas fleet customers.

You'll maintain Atlas fleet accounts, process invoices, collaborate with service departments and dispatchers, and ensure billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience handling fleet/billing workflows preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with professional communication.
• Experience processing invoices and maintaining records.
• Familiarity with fleet management concepts and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage Atlas fleet accounts, invoices, maintenance records, and admin tasks.
• Coordinate with service, PM coordinators, and dispatchers to meet documentation needs.
• Manage fleet billing accounts for third-party providers.
• Review and submit invoices; resolve discrepancies and disputes.
• Ensure billing docs support timely customer payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing and discounts.
• Respond to customer questions professionally and promptly.
• Support efficient fleet department operations with accurate account handling.
• Maintain clear communication among customers, management, sales and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
