Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or mechanical field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in fleet management, account management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cost analysis, budgeting, and asset lifecycle management.
• Excellent customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience within the material handling, equipment rental, transportation, or heavy equipment industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer forklift fleets, including fleet utilization, maintenance performance, and cost management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with proactive fleet management support and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and support new business development efforts.
• Conduct business with honesty and a customer-first mindset.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and fleet management programs.
• Use company/vendor tech platforms to monitor fleet performance and reporting.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the fleet management program.
• Manage invoice workflows and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate repair quotes and service-related communications for fleet customers.
• Track repair POs and fleet expenditures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
