Fragrance.com is seeking a zealous Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department in its primary and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a desire to learn for this role.

You will undertake daily administrative tasks, assist the Brand Manager with projects, conduct market research and brand competitor analysis, and apply marketing analytics to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Well-organized with a brand-focused approach.
• Familiar with market research techniques and databases.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and marketing software.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to coordinate department activities.
• Support the Brand Manager with project organization.
• Conduct market research and brand/competitor analysis.
• Apply marketing analytics to monitor brand performance metrics.
• Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with data.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports.
• Provide overall support to execute brand strategies and ensure brand integrity.
• Coordinate with brands to foster trusting relationships.
• Organize and upload brand content online and ensure relevance.
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery across departments.
