Job summary

Astrix is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support fragrance testing and regulatory operations in a hybrid role based in New York City. You will coordinate consumer and product safety testing activities, manage sample shipments to external labs, and maintain essential documentation across systems.

You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners, review and upload testing data, and track 80+ active projects. Strong Excel skills and organizational prowess are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field preferred.
• Experience coordinating, operations or scientific activities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consumer and product safety testing activities.
• Manage sample preparation and shipments to external testing labs.
• Review, upload, and maintain testing and regulatory documentation.
• Track and support 80+ active projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external testing partners.
• Maintain documentation in Veeva Regulatory and SharePoint (training provided).
