Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality Wingstop meals and maintain consistent standards across day-to-day operations in Midland, TX. You will follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices while delivering a flavorful experience to guests.

Responsibilities include coordinating cooking times, assembling wings and sides, and keeping the kitchen clean. Prior cooking or restaurant experience is a plus and a Food Handler Certification is required.

• Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest has a positive Wingstop experience.
• Practice safe cooking procedures and sanitation.
• Coordinate timing of wings and fries with timers.
• Prepare and portion Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, and Boneless Strips.
• Package and sauce orders per Wingstop standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions throughout the shift.
• Report safety or sanitation issues to the Manager on Duty.
