Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations alongside the Store Manager. You will train and guide the crew, ensure planful scheduling, and maintain high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness and safety.

You will manage daily tasks, supervise shifts, handle cash, monitor inventory, and support delivery of a great flavor experience to guests. This role emphasizes teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards and training.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover all shifts as needed.
• Control costs by ordering what is necessary and ensuring on-time truck deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and compliance with standards.
• Inspect equipment and verify product receipt and condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing and training to achieve sales, cost, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Lead and mentor the team to deliver friendly, responsive service.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory, chicken counts and waste to control costs.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
