Job summary

Wingstop is seeking shift leaders to supervise a shift, ensuring food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. You may work a cashier or cook role while supervising staff, delivering a flavor experience to guests.

The role emphasizes training staff, maintaining inventory and sanitation standards, and ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures, while promoting Wingstop brand and upholding policy compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding service by providing a Guest-friendly environment and maintaining high standards.
• Trains newer crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Store policies are followed by all staff members.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Ensure breaks are coordinated effectively.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Assist all other positions when necessary.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen and dining room clean throughout the shift.
• Ensure crew members are health safety conscious.
• Resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude.
• Close procedures: clean, count, sweep, mop, and secure the store.
• Promote the Wingstop Brand and uphold operating requirements including QSC.
• Enforce the Wingstop uniform and jewelry policy.
• Ensure guests have a positive Wingstop experience.
• Cash handling and refunds managed appropriately.
• Daily and weekly cleaning tasks completed.
• Meet order quote times and adjust for peak hours.
• Avoid overtime unless emergency and approved by GM.
• Kitchen well manned and organized for peak periods.
• Represent the Wingstop brand.
