Wingstop is seeking a dedicated shift leader to supervise daily operations, ensuring food safety, proper preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to Wingstop standards. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and guiding team members through tasks on shift.

The role emphasizes inventory control, policy compliance, and maintaining safe, sanitary conditions while managing staffing and performance to meet peak demand.

Qualifications

• Supervise a shift to ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and standards.
• Provide excellent guest service and train newer crew members in tasks.
• Maintain inventory control standards and enforce store policies.
• Ensure proper staffing, safety, and sanitation during all hours of operation.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Train newer or less experienced crew members.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Ensure that all crew members are health safety conscious.
• Resolve customer issues with efficiency and a good attitude.
