Job summary

Wingstop is looking for shift leaders to supervise the operations of a shift, ensuring food safety, proper product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards while possibly working as cashier or cook. The role includes supervising staff and delivering a high level of guest service.

Exceptional customer service is essential; you will train staff, manage inventory, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a fast-paced shift.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Capable of open/close procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties of Wingstop crew member during shift.
• Supervises health, safety, product prep, cleanliness and standards.
• Trains newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practices inventory control standards.
• Ensure store policies are followed by all staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate the crew members.
• Coordinate breaks efficiently and quickly.
• Package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Assist in keeping kitchen and dining room clean throughout the shift.
• Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
