Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a proactive shift leader to supervise daily operations, ensure food safety and quality, and maintain high guest service standards. You will also help train crew members and manage the team to deliver Wingstop’s flavor experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and compliance with Wingstop policies while supporting a positive guest experience during busy hours. Wages are competitive for the Conroe area.

Qualifications

• Supervise the operations of a Wingstop shift and ensure all tasks run smoothly.
• Provide outstanding guest service by greeting guests and maintaining high service standards.
• Train newer crew members and support staff in duties and responsibilities.
• Maintain inventory control standards and enforce store policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service with a guest-friendly environment and knowledge of offerings.
• Train newer crew members and supervise staff during shifts.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and well organized through opening/closing procedures.
