Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager in planning, organizing, training, and leading to meet sales, cost, retention, guest service, and quality objectives.

The role emphasizes managing shifts, training staff, and maintaining standards in cleanliness and food quality to deliver a flavor experience. Flex schedules and growth opportunities accompany this position.

Qualifications

Experience supervising a team and coordinating with the store manager to achieve objectives.
Strong leadership, training and guest service emphasis.
Ability to manage scheduling, inventory and cost controls.

Responsibilities

Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training.
Achieve objectives in service quality and appearance through training of employees.
Meet scheduling requirements and cover all shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure weekly truck deliveries arrive on time and manage costs by ordering what is needed.
Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
Verify deliveries against receiving policies and report discrepancies to the store manager.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure QSC standards across procedures and equipment.
