Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager in Charlotte, NC to partner with the store manager in planning, organizing, training, and leading the team to achieve sales, cost, guest satisfaction, and safety objectives. You will oversee operations, staff development, and daily procedures to deliver Wingstop's flavor experience.

The role emphasizes maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and customer service, while managing schedules, inventories, and store compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines & training.
• Meet scheduling requirements, cover all shifts where needed to ensure operations run undisturbed.
• Ensure cleanliness, food quality, safety and sanitation standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines & training.
• Meet scheduling requirements, cover all shifts where needed to ensure operations go undisturbed, Follow up with the store manager for any callouts or no-shows.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are done on schedule and control costs by ordering what is needed.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain the temperature log.
• Inspect all products upon receipt and ensure correct counts and conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards (QSC) across the facility.
