Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a team member to prepare Wingstop favorites with consistency, following recipes and safety standards. The cook ensures timely, accurate orders and quality taste, while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Responsibilities include operating fryers and ovens, counting wings and components, and coordinating timing with teammates to deliver a flavorful guest experience. Prior kitchen exposure is preferred; strong work ethic and service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe cooking procedures and sanitation standards.
• Read and interpret order tickets quickly and accurately.
• Count wings and components for each order.
• Coordinate cooking times for wings and fries with timers.
• Prepare and portion sauces, seasonings, and packaging.
• Maintain fryer oil and kitchen cleanliness throughout shift.
• Notify Manager of safety or sanitation issues.
