Job summary

Wingstop in Dover, DE is seeking a kitchen team member to cook and build Wingstop dishes with consistency and flavor. You will follow Wingstop standards for preparing Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, Fries, and sides, while maintaining hygiene and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of professional cooking experience and a strong work ethic, with a focus on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. Food Handler Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience (preferred).
• Ability to prepare and finish quality Wingstop menu items.
• All tasks to be performed with attention to food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Wingstop menu items to Wingstop standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Inspect and count ingredients to ensure freshness.
• Assist in maintaining proper food handling practices.
• Notify Manager on Duty of safety or sanitation issues.
