Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a friendly cashier to greet customers, take orders in person or by phone, and process payments accurately. You will collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house to ensure timely service and upsell where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Must handle cash, card and gift transactions securely.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone.
• Take orders, upsell menu items and promote promotions.
• Process payments and balance till at shift end.
• Maintain a clean, organized Front of House area.
• Provide a positive Wingstop experience to guests.
