Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person or by phone.
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions accurately.
• Upsell menu items and maintain knowledge of sauces and promos.
• Verify age for alcohol purchases when applicable.
• Balance the register at shift end and assist in keeping FOH clean.
• Assist kitchen staff and communicate clearly with team to meet guest expectations.
