Qualifications

• Follow protocol for the flow of foods.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Follow prep logs/sheets daily.
• Communicate equipment, small-wares, inventory, and production issues with manager on duty.
• Clean and sanitize food storage areas weekly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and prep standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas.
• Assist with stocking and labeling ingredients as needed.
