Job summary

Raydal Hospitality LLC is seeking a Prep Cook in Davidson, NC. The role supports kitchen operations by following recipes and preparation standards while adhering to food safety rules. You will work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, mornings and nights, and participate in maintaining sanitation and proper storage procedures.

A reliable team player with at least 1 year of prep experience is preferred. Training and development opportunities are provided and transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• Must uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions independently.
• At least 1 year of restaurant prep experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow protocol for the flow of foods.
• Communicate equipment, small-wares, inventory, and production issues with manager on duty.
• Clean and sanitize food storage areas weekly (cooler, shelves, bins, etc.).
• Follow prep logs/sheets daily, avoiding over- or under-production.
