Job summary

Qualifications

• General knowledge of kitchen equipment and small wares.
• Ability to read and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Communicate equipment, inventory, and production issues to the manager on duty.
• Keep prep logs accurate and on schedule.
• Keep storage areas clean and sanitized.
