Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a cook to prepare quality food with consistency and speed in a fast-paced environment. You will follow Wingstop standards for cooking, seasoning, and packaging while maintaining high hygiene and safety practices.

Experience in professional cooking and line cook roles is preferred. A Food Handler Certification is required, and flexibility with shifts including busy periods is expected.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Professional cooking experience preferred (1 year).
• Line cook experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive, long-lasting Wingstop guest experience.
• Practice safe cooking procedures and hygiene.
• Scan order tickets and prepare Wingstop items to spec.
• Count wings and fries accurately for each order.
• Coordinate cooking times to match order tickets and timers.
• Sauce, season, and package all orders per Wingstop standards.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized during shift and at close.
