Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Restaurant supervisory experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store in partnership with the District Manager.
• Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff in partnership with HR and District Manager.
• Ensure staff understand job expectations and performance; manage compensation actions as needed.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections and monitor inventory and record keeping.
• Address food preparation issues and resolve customer service concerns.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and health standards; enforce procedures and policies.
