Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts and ensure coverage for all openings and operations.
• Ensure cost controls through proper ordering and inventory checks.
• Inspect equipment, temps and deliveries to maintain quality and policy compliance.
• Address guest needs with responsive, friendly service and resolve issues promptly.
