• Negotiate rates balancing competitiveness and margin.
• Handle complex loads including oversize, overweight, and project cargo.
• Coordinate permits and routing (oversize/overweight permits, escorts, route surveys).
• Track and trace shipments to ensure pickup, transit, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain carrier relationships and expand the specialized carrier network.
