Job summary

TransLoop, a modern digital freight network, is seeking a Flatbed Account Specialist in Denver to own the flatbed/open-deck carrier network. You will find great flatbed carriers, build real relationships, and keep them happy so they’re ready to run our loads.

You’ll hunt solid carriers, book loads, partner with Customer Sales to grow shippers, and turn loads into long-term partnerships while meeting service KPIs and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in flatbed carrier sales or flatbed logistics operations.
• Deep knowledge of flatbed modes, market behavior, and industry-specific regulations.
• Strong carrier network and established industry relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced brokerage or 3PL environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hunting down solid flatbed carriers, including warm leads and cold outreach.
• Booking loads, solving problems, and ensuring shipments run smoothly.
• Partnering with Customer Sales to grow new and existing shippers.
• Turning one-off loads into long-term partnerships to keep freight flowing.
• Keeping carriers happy while hitting service KPIs set by leadership.
• Building alignment with Customer Sales so the customer is serviced at the highest level.
