Job summary

Monro is seeking a Technician in the Bridgeville area to perform basic vehicle diagnostics and routine repair work, following manufacturer specs and delivering 5 Star service to guests.

Role is full-time or part-time, hourly pay based on experience, with a flat rate based on tasks completed. Benefits include paid vacation, ASE certification reimbursement, health coverage, 401k eligibility, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable) preferred.
• Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro's tool purchase program.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to properly identify required repairs.
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process on every guest vehicle and document needed services.
• Assist in inventory management including pulling tires and parts and stocking inventory.
• Assist with general store duties and maintain cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Adhere to safety standards including wheel torque, oil safety, and compliance procedures.
• Test drive vehicles per Monro's Road Test policy and local laws.
• Follow company policies, environmental codes, and OSHA standards.
• Keep up with Monro University training modules.
