Job summary

Monro is looking for a Technician to perform basic vehicle diagnostics and routine maintenance at our Maple Heights location. This role offers flat-rate, performance-based pay ranging from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, with full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent.
• Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to identify required repairs.
• Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection on every guest vehicle and document needed services.
• Assist in inventory management and stocking.
• Maintain store cleanliness and guest-ready condition.
• Follow safety standards and Monro policies and procedures.
• Test drive vehicles per policy while respecting traffic laws.
• Maintain knowledge through Monro University training modules.
• Operate all equipment safely and assist with other duties.

Education
