Tyson Foods is seeking a Flat Pack Machine Operator in Rogers, AR. The role involves operating and setting up a flat pack machine, calibrating parameters to achieve target weights, and ensuring product quality and line efficiency.

You will perform regular checks, adjust as needed, and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with Tyson policies. The shift is 1st shift and pay is $16.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
• There is a 180 days waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday- Friday with possible Saturdays Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pay: $16.95

Job Description

• This position is responsible for operating the flat pack machine, and will set up the program, calibrating, and adjusting the machine parameters to produce the desired weights, cuts, and portions.
• The machine operator will perform regular checks on the resulting meat and portions to determine the machine performance and adjust the machine accordingly to produce product to specifications.
• The Flat pack Machine operator will ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.
• The Flat Pack Machine operator will be notifying the supervisor if machinery should require maintenance, all while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
• There is 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.
