Job summary

AT&T is hiring an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Boston, MA to partner with the store manager, oversee daily operations, and drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will mentor a team of retail sales consultants, coordinate merchandising, and support product launches while delivering best-in-class service.

You will lead with strategic planning, collaboration with stakeholders, and a focus on results, with competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
